Welcome to Crown Hypnotherapy. My name is Carole and I live in the New Forest, based in Fawley, Hampshire. I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and I trained with the leading national training school for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) - CPHT in Hampshire. I come from a Holistic background and have always been passionate about psychology, well-being and helping others.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy resonated with me straight away and I knew this was the path for me. Having been through anxiety issues and experienced life trauma myself, I understand first hand that it is not always easy to maintain a positive mindset through life's challenges. Experiencing trauma can encourage you to repeat old patterns of behaviour that can hinder you from moving forward and achieving a happy life.

Using a combination of talking therapy, coaching and hypnotherapy, I can help you understand the workings of the mind, why you feel the way you do, and help you make positive lasting changes.
